Booking Conditions for the Dürrboden Mountain Inn The term "hut" includes the hut wardens and all employees of the Dürrboden Mountain Inn.

1 Reservation and cancellation
In the mountains, not everything can always be planned, and we understand that postponements and cancellations may occur. However, we appreciate your information regarding any booking changes. It is the guest's responsibility to inform the Dürrboden Mountain Inn of any changes to the planned tour or group size, as well as any cancellations.
A reservation is binding, whether made in writing or verbally. It only becomes effective upon confirmation. The General Terms and Conditions come into effect with each confirmed reservation.
Changes to group size and reservations must be reported at least one day before the overnight stay.
Cancellations must be notified at least two days in advance. If the hut is unavailable due to avalanche danger, it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge. Cancellations and changes will only be accepted after confirmation by the hut. Therefore, last-minute cancellations and changes must always be made by phone.
Changes in group size that are not reported or reported too late, as well as absence without prior notice, are subject to compensation. The hut reserves the right to charge the full amount for accommodation and meals.

2 Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including value-added tax (VAT). We accept Swiss francs as well as debit (EC) and credit cards.
Invoicing is only possible for organizations with appropriate agreement.
Payment must be made in CHF. Bank charges are borne by the customer.
Payment terms: net upon receipt of invoice. After 30 days, a 3% interest rate is due.
Prices are subject to change.
The hut is entitled to request a deposit.

3 Disclaimer
All written and verbal information provided by the hut (e.g., tour conditions, avalanche risk, route information, weather, etc.) is provided with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, the hut assumes no liability for this.
All decisions regarding tours, routes, etc. are the responsibility of the guest. The hut assumes no liability for any damages of any kind resulting from the use of this information and advice.
All alpine trails, as well as stairs, ladders, and climbing areas, require appropriate technical and physical fitness. Their use is the sole responsibility of the guest. The hut's management assumes no liability.
